Hi guys! How is your day going?
Today I wanted to write a post about my 7 healthy snacks.. I love love love snacking and these are the snacks that always tend to be a part of my eating pattern..
1) apple with cinnamon in the microwave
2) home made granola bars
3) Veggies with hummus dip
4) oat bran with choc protein powder and soy/oat/almond milk
5) fruit with coconut butter

6) rice cakes with light cheese (or cheezly)
7) banana with peanut butter
